How it works

  1. Collect

    Every weekday we take all new postings from EURES public job search for Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany. Duplicates are removed by posting id.

  2. Classify

    Job titles are matched locally to ten fixed role clusters, in English and the local language.

  3. Compare with its own pace

    Recent new postings per day ÷ the role's own earlier average. 1.00 = same pace; 1.30 = 30% above it.

  4. Filter

    Fewer than 8 unique employers = too thin. Never ranked. The rest is published, with one line of context where we have it.

Fixed clusters, chosen for recruiters and job seekers. One title can match two clusters (a German geriatric nurse counts as nurse and home health).
