# Demand Window > Demand Window measures acceleration in job postings: not how many jobs exist, but which roles in which countries just broke out of their own pace. A free weekly chart for recruiters, HR and talent-acquisition people, and job seekers. Score: new postings in the recent window ÷ average in the earlier window. score_norm 1.00 = same pace; 1.30 = 30% above its own pace. Fewer than 8 unique employers = "too thin", never ranked. ## Pages - [Home](https://demandwindow.pages.dev/): latest weekly chart, Hiring Lab sector context, how it works - [Weekly archive](https://demandwindow.pages.dev/weekly/): one permanent page per ISO week (/weekly/YYYY-WW/) - [Method](https://demandwindow.pages.dev/method/): exact formula, thresholds, limits, sources and licence - [Free weekly email](https://demandwindow.pages.dev/subscribe/) - [Privacy](https://demandwindow.pages.dev/privacy/) ## Weekly charts - No weekly chart yet.
